All orders include a $5 shipping fee and ship via USPS first class with an estimated delivery of 2-5 days.
Once your item has shipped and tracking information has been provided. Mihonails is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All orders typically process and ship out within 2-3 business days.
If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
All sales are final, no refund or exchanges.
DAMAGE: If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you.
In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to [email protected] within 24 hours upon receipt of your package.
We may ask you to send the broken items back to us (we will cover shipping costs) before sending your new item. Please note, if these steps are not taken, then we will be unable to replace the broken items- there are no exceptions.
Please include our packing slip (invoice) and state if you would like to exchange or return.
